Defects

Please check you products upon delivery and inform us in 14 days if you notice any defect or discrepancy with your initial order. To do so, send your request to info@scandichairs.com describing the discrepancy and illustrative photos. We will offer a replacement unit or parts at no cost.

 

Returns & Refunds

Love it or return it policy! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns can be requested in the 14 days following the delivery no question asked. To do so, please send your request to info@scandichairs.com. We will provide you with return labels that you will need to print, put on the original packaging and drop at any DPD pick-up point near you. Returns are free of charge and will not be deducted from your refund amount. Please remember that items must be new and in unused condition, unassembled and in their original packaging.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned items. You’ll be then automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
