How long does delivery take?

We deliver to Belgium, Denmark, Germany, & The Netherlands within 3 to 5 business days.

We deliver to France, Ireland, Italy, & Spain within 5 to 10 business days.

Do I pay delivery fees?

No. Now and for limited time only, we are offering free delivery on all orders. Claim it at checkout and your order will be delivered to your doorstep completely free of charge.

Do I pay custom or VAT fees?

No. We handle all customs and VAT fees for you. Prices announced in our store are final and without any hidden fees.

What should I do if there is a defect with my product?

Please check you products upon delivery and inform us in 14 days if you notice any defect or discrepancy. Please send us an email to info@scandichairs.com with a description and illustrative pictures. We will offer a replacement unit or parts at no cost.
